Quiche lorraine in English !

For you Pam !!! ♥

Preheat the oven on 450° F

Ingredients !

For the crust

1 cup and half of flour
1 stick and half of butter
Cold water

For the quiche :

Bacon cut in small pieces
4 eggs
Grated swiss cheese (optional)
A cup of cream : 3/4 of whipping cream and 1/4 of sour cream
Salt, pepper and herbs of Provence

Making :

Pour into a bowl the flour, soft butter (not liquid) and salt
Mix with your hands until you have like sand
Pour cold water and mix
Add water until the mix does'nt glue on your finger
Form a ball

Do that...
and put it in a greasy pie pan

Make holes with a fork

Put it in the fridge for a while

Cook the bacon in a pan... not too much

Beat the whites eggs with a whisk
Add the yellows, the creams, salt and pepper

Put the bacon on the crust
At this moment, if you want, you can add the grated cheese

Pour the mix on it

Add the herbs of  Provence (optional)

Put in the oven for about 30, 35 mn !
